I haven''t posted in a while...well in years...but this totally made it worth it.

I am that nerd that yells at the TV and totally gets into TV shows and I was yelling last night.

Where does Traci get off?! I couldn’t believe that she felt the need to, not once, but TWICE ignore what was better for the group. The entire season is based on 2nd chances and working as a team. Look at how everyone supported and cheered for her when she passed out on the first show!!! Look how welcoming and supportive everyone was for her when she finally made it back to the house!! Not to mention MO, who worked SO HARD when she was away to make sure that she was going to have a chance to be on the second week. She didn''t even think twice about him when she was making those choices!! She even says "I" so many times when talking about why she made those choices. What kind of repayment is that? I know that Antoine ate a cupcake but I know that he would have done what was best for the teams when weigh-in time came, not the opposite. I don''t always like how Jillian yells and screams but she is genuine and that is more than I can say for Traci.

Okie, off the soap box. Commend Sean and Antoine on the incredible weight loss they''ve had and how freaking cute are Antoine and Alexandra!!! AWWWW...make me melt. He totally wants to marry her. I big puffy bedazzled heart Amanda, I am rooting for her!!!

Okie....So bummer that Julio went home. But seriously I am getting a little peeved with the fact that Traci can''t even workout and is staying in the game!!!! Break my heart that poor little Dan didn''t lose a POUND this week and he is in the gym bustin his hump- winning immunity,even- and she lays around all day and still managed to lose a few pounds. Pssssfffhht. I wanted to hug Shay when they showed her confronting Traci after the last show, bless her heart- she is one of the most deserving people and Traci wants to blow it off like " I believe in you, I KNEW you''d pull it off....blah blah blah." PUH-LEASE. I feel bad for Mo, but honestly, that woman needs to go.

Tracey is going to get the boot as soon as she falls below. She also isn''t going to have a any kind of following if she keeps being so insincere. Anyone else notice her constant frown? I wasn''t buying her crying fit last night either...

I wasn''t sad to see Julio go because I knew he''d do well at home - and he has! The show was okay last night. I think next week''s will be better.

If I were voting someone off last night I would have voted Julio so that TWO people could stay on the ranch and continue their away-from-home progress. They all believe that they all deserve to be there then that should have been the logic - not that two less people could win the money.

Traci has some issues. BIG TIME. I wonder what she is doing to lose the weight... if the DR told her not to lose weight, and she lost 4 pounds, that is coming from somewhere, restricted diet? I''d have to wonder how RESTRICTED she is keeping it. Game play can be a frightening thing for some people. And she just doesn''t seem to get that this is a life change... and if she doesn''t get that it is MORE than a game, she''ll regain the weight like some of the other contestants in years past. I think the stat was 60% of those on the show - regain the weight a year later.

and BIA - I KNOW - her frown is like a scowl. I don''t think she realizes her expression is so uninviting. I also didn''t buy her crying... and knew when she bellied up, they''d be sending Julio home. What bothered me about this was it seems MO isn''t standing up or fighting for his decisions at all - he is giving her all the control. Maybe because she is already hated in the house... who knows? But I think that trying to let her keep her word w/ brown team versus his word w/ black - was a bad move. People might care about MO, seeing him work so hard, and not seeing her... but if he keeps giving Traci all the power, he''ll be just as hated as she is... I don''t think Shay is really too fond of either of the purple team members, because MO is supporting Traci''s foolishness so whole heartedly.

Starset- I agree with you. By sending Julio home, it basically gave one person the chance for an extra week. One person HAD to go home, but by picking brown, 2 people would have had to have left. This season seems to be all about 2nd chances, and team work. (Til next week - black/blue team.) And it really seems because of the way it began w/o trying to pick off the strongest players any chance you got - people seemed to have voted with their hearts. (Other than traci, who''s heart is damaged.)

BIG QUESTION TO ANYONE OUT THERE...
The Dr keeps talking about Traci''s muscle damage - and then her kidneys and pancreas... what is the muscle? HER HEART? I seriously had a difficult understanding what her medical dilema was - and I didnt know if this was explained and I missed it. Thank you!

Next week will be interesting dividing the team in half. I''m wondering who will get the power, and if that is something they really want to have... seeing as how they''ve been just one big unit the entire time, well Everyone and purple. I guess that is really the only divide, which is all due to 1 players need of control and her partner''s inability to confront.

Okay - did anyone interpret Bob and Jill''s anger with Dan the way I did?

I thought he was doing what they did a couple of seasons ago - lose your weight, and then eat salt/drink water right before weigh-in to gain. This way, the next day he loses all of that weight because it''s just water PLUS he loses everything he works for next week - thus basically losing two week''s worth of weight at next week''s weigh-in and gaining another week on the ranch via his immunity, since he''s basically betting that he''ll pull a doubly large number.

If he did do this - DO you think he''s like Bob said - just as bad as Tracey?

I have to admit, I enjoy this show a LITTLE bit more when there is controversy going on. I love when they are all super supportive of eachother, but when Tracey gets all bug eyed and they split people up, it does make for better t.v. I think they all over-reacted from being split from their partners. I am sure it''s a crazy emotional time for them, but it''s not like the person is going home - they are just on the other side of the gym! Amanda and her attachment to Bob really bothers me. Actually anyone''s extreme attachment to their trainer bothers me. It makes me feel like they are all co-dependent. They really believe they can''t do it themselves.

I am telling you though - Amanda is going to get far. She''s going to keep losing 5 pounds steadily and really keep up with the peeps who pull bigger numbers. She is Helen Jr. hhahahaha.

I loved how Liz was alll mad at Tracey and saying she was on a mission, something about it just made me giggle. I also really like Dina & Rudy, but they barely get enough screen time. I see them as the shy ones in the house.

Oh Coach Mo. You were one of my faves from the beginning, but I had the feeling you really were giving up. At least he''s looking pretty good now!

I don''t think it was ever explained, but I think there was some bonus footage or something I read about that said Tracey had a serious case of Heat Stroke. I believe she is having some residual issues b/c of it. Must have been pretty DARN serious to not be able to work out fully after 4 weeks still.

Heat stroke is pretty serious - good thing they are taking things seriously. 4 weeks is a long time though.

I cannot believe that coach mo gave up, I guess there must be something to Tracey that isn''t getting screen time. He looks great today, and his foundation is really AWESOME! GO COACH MO!

I also felt the bob and jill anger, but based on this week''s weight loss #''s 11 lbs, it didn''t seem like it was that much of a huge surprise that he pulled that number... but who knows. It could have been. But then if he did, it balanced out Tracey stacking the teams... so I''ll take it where I can get it.

I agree about Amanda. She DOESN''T believe she can do it w/o bob. Which is why she looked happy at the weigh in, when she realized Jillian can do it too. And last time I checked, Jillian, can work magic! Sometimes you need the devil screaming at you to really FIGHT. Though w/ bob he takes a holistic approach, so I''d be happy to see which trainer has better long term (keeping the weight off) results.

Tracey is on a mission... and I have to admit she does make for interesting TV. I''ll be interested to see how the season plays out!

What do you mean? From last week?

Yeah - usually there is a little scene where the trainers come in and see who is missing and they talk about why the person left. I might have missed it since I try to multitask while watching t.v., but I didn''t see them talk about Julio at all. It was just like he was gone and forgotten!

I am very surprised Tracey didn''t get the boot. She is definitely IN IT TO WIN IT. The fake crying bit, why do that? She looks very insincere.

I was sorry to see Coach Mo go, but you''re all right, he looks great.
