They look like radiants to me.

Elongated Radiant presision cut Diamonds.
 
The rings displayed on that site look to have excellent craftsmanship. But to me, the designs are too clunky and industrial looking for an engagement ring - much too masculine for the most part. That''s just my opinion.

I agree, beautiful stones, but the setting is way too heavy.
