Gosh I wish I had your long fingers two_little_birds! I'm 5"7" and my ring size is actually 4.5 but I have to have a 4.75 to get over my huge knuckles. My fingers are short and stumpy though. My ring finger is a shade under 2.75". No wonder I had a hard time playing piano, lol. My shoe size is a 7 or 7.5 and my toes are just as short as my fingers. My arms are freakishly short as well. My hubby and daughter always call me T-Rex arms.

It's funny how we make a mental image of people we don't know - for some reason I pictured you as very tall! Clearly I was wrong about that! :)

    5'3" with a 6.5/7 shoe, 3.5-3.75 ring size, and a 3" ring finger.

My foot size never changed during pregnancy and while my fingers did swell some, they went right back down to normal size. Now my hips, on the other hand... ;(

It's so nice to see that I'm that the only one with larger fingers!!! I love holding DH hand because his are HUGE and make mine feel very petite! I agree with the others that have mentioned how frustrating it is to go shopping and try on rings, only to still have to imagine how they will look on your finger. :(sad :(sad

    I'm 5'8
shoe size 9, 9.5 will work
    ring size 8
and measured in a 3.25 inches

LOL! if it helps, I'm loud and opinionated. Most people in real life think I'm taller than I am. Wonder if my lil ole bombastic self translates through the internet.....

This thread cracks me up!!!

My DH just said, "I can't freakin' believe you are measuring your fingers??!! HA!!

    Height: 5'6"

    Shoe Size: 7

    Ring Finger: 2.75"

    Ring Size: 5.25 left, 5 right (I'm a lefty)

I would love to have long, lean, beautiful fingers and gorgeous hands like a lot of these ladies!! ...nope, short and stumpy. :|

5'4" tall. If my legs matched my arms I'd be close to 6'. Shoe size: 6. Ring size 5 on the right, 4.5 on the left. I've never even thought to measure my finger before but it's 2.75" long. I don't have pretty hands but I try to keep bling on them to disguise it.

LOL May! Shopping for all new shoes isn't bad, but I hate that I can't wear my wedding ring anymore--I don't think it can be sized because it has small diamonds in it.

You know, I'm not sure I've ever seen your wedding set. Are there any pics floating around out there?

Also, it'd be interesting to compare stats to our significant others.

I am 5'3", size 6.5/7 shoe, and size 3.5-3.75 ring. My husband is 6'1", size 9.5/10 shoe, and size 7.75/8 ring. He has lady hands

I too have big hands and am tall(5-9). This was my rational for a diamond that was properly proportioned-ie bigger. I always think my ER- oval 3 ct- looks small until it is on another's finger. It is a matter of perspective.

Ok ladies, it could be worse:

At the zoo with my boys and couldn't resist! It's a gorilla hand print. Think of the rock Ms. Gorilla needs to get decent finger coverage. I'm thinking a three stone may be in order...

LS, I never bothered posting pics of my original set since it was purchased pre-PS and it's yellow gold channel set--a bit dated! I liked wearing just the band though on relaxed days.

I got lucky. I'm 5'11" and have a 5.75 finger, but alas, I have the dreaded size 10 shoe.

I prefer being tall to being tiny though! Ooooh!! I have athletic calves too! Maybe I can help on that front! I buy boots from Duo in the UK. They make awesome boots to fit both your foot size and calf width. I recently bought a pair of Malmos and they are like a dream to wear.

    http://www.duoboots.com/ladies-boots/black-leather/malmo/d/

Free international shipping and you get your UK tax back too. These cost me $165 shipped.

Alas I have a bunion too, and wide feet which got wider during pregnancy and virtually none of my pre pregnancy Miu Mius or Loubies fit anymore... But I got an awesome kid out of it. And honestly, chasing a toddler around in 5 inch heels is damn impractical anyway ;-)
