AGBF, that story is awesome! He must miss having his own dog!

Hubby makes any excuse to pick up our 60 lb husky! JF, The formerly 79 lb and now 68 lb one is like Buck and does not entertain such nonsense! The little one gets all stiff and sticks out her legs all straight! LOL

so he suggested to my daughter that they walk him together now. In the dark. In the cold. In winter. And that is what they are doing now while I am on Pricescope!

Yes. People who see him in person often say that and once in a snowstorm he was mistaken for a bear. "Bear" is also a common name for brown and black Newfies. Newfies drool and one can buy bibs for them. Some of the bibs have sayings on them. (The same sayings are available on T-shirts for the owners.) One that I like says, "How much do YOU weigh?". The one below comes in different varieties. I prefer it when the statement, "No, I'm not a black St. Bernard" is replaced by, "No, I'm not a bear" as it often is when this list is printed on shirts and bibs!

Aw, Deb, that is too funny! Of course you would hear the same questions over and over. It would never dawn on me that that would be the case. But a t-shirt would be really funny.

Laurie: those are great memories you have. And just think: wherever he is now, he is most certainly not on a grooming table

150 lbs...I cant imagine he would enjoy being pick up! Running around and playing in the snow sounds like a blast though!
I would so love to cuddle with him!
