Bezeled pave halo OEC or Bezeled pave halo OMC

My mother's birthday is coming soon and I would like to give her a pendant that has timeless elegance .
Center stone options - .75 carat OEC or .50 OMC
Full cut pave melee
Metal- platinum
Chain - sliding pendant 18 inch thin chain

Which of these designs would you choose? Last picture is asscher cut stone but I would prefer an OMC.

I really like the last one! It's a bit different and and eye-catching.

I feel like the first one is more wearable daily whereas the third one is more of a special occasion piece. I think the first one needs the milgrain on the inner bezel, though. I prefer a milgrain halo on antique stones which is why I am not picking the second one. I love the double inner halo on the last one, but I am not sure about the scalloped look of the halo. And I'd have to see the two stones and know their sizes (mm) before saying which I prefer.

Diamondseeker , I haven't seen the cushion that VC is considering although he mentioned that its 1/2 carat. This is the 3/4 carat OEC
