I wasn''t sure whether or not to post this in RT or SMTR, so I apologize if I chose the wrong board!

I''d love to see pictures of bezel/semi-bezel or low, LOW set, three stone rings of any shape, any size! Pictures of your ring or inspiration photos welcome!

Thanks in advance.

I would link to my 3-stone if I knew how, but I am lame! Here is a profile picture - it is set as low as possible.

babysteps, who made your ring? I like the setting and the fact that it''s set on the low side.

it''s a Leon Mege setting. Comfy and has yet to bang/get caught on anything! (I''m a klutz so can''t have anything high off my hand).

Here is my semi-bezel 3 stone:

And a side view to show how low it is set:

Your setting is impressive and the stones are gorgeous, Kelley1975! By any chance did you post it in a Show Me The Ring thread yet? If so, I must have missed it. I'd love to see flower pics too!

I recently switched out to a low profile setting and I love how comfortable it is compared to the high six-prong setting my diamond was in for two years. My new four-prong setting, which has a heart shaped diamond on either side of my RB for a modified three-stone look, snags a bit -- there's a bit of fuzz in the picture I posted -- but not half as bad as the old one. The story about my setting search is posted here but this pic wasn't posted there:

My side stones are semi bezel set. The solitaire is .53 ct and the side stones are each .15 ct. They add enough sparkle to my ering but don''t distract from my center stone.

OMG that picture was too big!

I thought I had it resized. And I don''t suppose I can edit it now.

GemView - I was enjoying how much it sparkles.

Thank you, marcyc. I like your yellow gold wedding set, BTW. My original setting was yellow gold and I was looking for a yellow gold setting to replace it but didn't want to have to place a custom order for my new setting because the vendors at the jewelry mart where I shop have a tendency to reserve only the near or colorless diamonds for white metals and I didn't want to chance getting stuck with a mismatched setting again. So we grabbed the white gold one and made off with it before someone else snatched it up. Just the same, if I had a choice of two ready-made settings in this style with identical G color side diamonds, I would have chosen the yellow gold. I love the warmth of yellow gold. Colorless and near colorless diamonds really pop when placed in contrast to yellow gold. I don't dislike white metals though. My jewelry collection is all over the map -- from sterling silver and white gold to yellow gold (no platinum yet, hopefully someday).
