Bezel reset by DK- "Sunflower" becomes "Summer"

Recently DK made a bezel setting for a yellow zircon for me. I loved the stone and the ring was gorgeous...but all that yellow didn't look good on my pale skin.



I had a Jeff White custom OEC cut blue zircon that I had DK mount "temp" in a vintage setting.


It happened to be close in size to my yellow zircon, so I asked DK to swap them out. DK had a video on IG about it:



And now "Sunflower" has become "Summer". In 18kyg and platinum. I'm SO happy with the result! I wanted to share this to show a bezel remount as we don't see them often here.

It looks so gorgeous! It’s funny how that works. You can love the stone and the setting..but sometimes you don’t love them together. I love them no matter how you set them though!

I'm so happy someone understands! Loved the stone and loved the setting but together just didn't love it on me. It was hard to go back a week after it was done and ask DK to change it. But I'm glad I did

l saw DK's video and wondered if it was from when the golden zircon was about to be set. I love the setting with the yellow zircon, and I love it with the blue zircon! So gorgeous, both ways!
