Best place to buy diamond studs?

Do people recommend going to the same PS-vendors (Whiteflash, JA, BG, etc) or are there other places people recommend for earrings? Any brick and mortar recs?

If I hadn't upgraded my studs with Blue Nile, I would have gone with high performance diamonds or whiteflash.
