Best lab for a paraiba? AGL or GIA?

Only Fancy Colored Diamonds (FCD's).

Just as a general fyi (not suggesting that GIA be used here): GIA does offer origin reports on rubies, sapphires, emeralds and tourmalines.

What about jade? I thought GIA (and Mason-Kay) was better for jade - does AGL have all the right instruments for testing jade?
