Before I send it back for "repairs" can I have another look from the community?

To make this brief, I've had a few issues with JA and the ring. More in particular, the prongs and alignment. This time I am sending it back a frustrating second time because they made an error and sent me standard prongs instead of claw prongs. A member in here also mentioned that based on the arrows, the diamond seems to have been set a bit off.
Everything about it is here [link].

However, I understand it could just be my eyes or my mind playing games with me. But I honestly feel that there is something different about the diamond itself. I know it is the exact diamond, I went to have the GIA number check at a local store. I just feel that the diamond seems to be less shiny, and a bit of a haze from the top view. Seems to have lost its slight blue hue that I loved. Again it could just be my mind.

Anyways, I would like to have a few pair of eyes view any differences or spot any concerns before I send the ring back to JA a second time. Just for a peace of mind.

Both videos are in different lighting, no?

It is likely dirty. Did yu R fiancée wear it and then spray hairspray or anything in her hair? Lotion, etc.

Did you buy the magnasonic?

So this will be the third time those prongs have been worked... is the setting platinum?

Different lighting - it's obvious.

Yes it is under different lighting. Sorry, when I first received the ring, it was at my previous job under office lighting. Because of this I understand itll be hard to differentiate.

I did not buy the magnasonic. What we did was simply wash the ring in warm water and dish soap.

It will be a second time. We did get a quote from Joe Escobar, but it was nearly %33 more for a similar ring. We figured we'd have JA try once more, if not then I will request a refund. Yes it is Platinum!

My concern is, will they melt down the platinum and re cast it again? If so, what is the negative effect on melting down the platinum again? Might be a silly question
