Been a long time but sending dust to all the LIW

Hi everyone!!! I haven't been here in almost a year I think, things have been unbelievably horrid our first year. To recap, I was a LIW for only a few months when my H proposed on Halloween with a pumpkin and family heirloom stone. We got married 8 weeks later on NYE last year. We had about 3 months of bliss and then downhill it went. Family drama, work issues, etc. It really has been the hardest year of my life to date.

So.....as I approach my first wedding anniversary I remember all the anxiety and nervousness I had about getting engaged and then that doubled planning a wedding in 8 weeks times. I wish all the LIW happy DUST and best wishes I could possibly wish for you all!!!

On a side note................I have decided I want my e-ring reset into a different setting so I hope to share it with you all in the next 6 months or so. My MIL was involved way too much in the selection of my ring setting and I didn't get exactly what I wanted. H is now realizing this and wishes he had not let her "change" what I had wanted so he has agreed to let me pick exactly what I want and have it reset. It will be another long process to find something to go with my wedding band and e-ring stone since it's not the best quality. Should be fun trying though! LOL

It's nice to hear from you . I'm sorry you've had such a difficult time so far. I hope 2011 is a much better year for you.

I think a re-set sounds like a grand idea (especially if your current setting isn't mind-clean because of your MIL) - what kind of mounting were you thinking of? Can we help you shop ?
