Be wary of reseller website

I was searching around for other sites for pinks, and came across this site. They are using other sites (Leibish being one of them) diamonds and asking a higher price for them than stated in the sites holding the inventory.

I wonder if this kind of heads up is necessary or in line with forum moderation rules (please delete if inappropriate). Just thought it would be helpful to know for newcomers.
