I had a wonderful experience! Ashley from SW Diamond Cutters cut me a beautiful OEC lab diamond. When conversing with him he mentioned that they could assist with setting the diamond. SW Diamond Cutters shares a building and a relationship with the Diamond Factory. After the diamond was finished, Nicole from SW Diamond Cutters asked Barry from the Diamond Factory to call me. I appreciated that we were able to speak over the phone and Barry was very nice. He asked me to send him a picture of the setting I wanted and the setting he created is exactly what I asked for. I had told him I wanted a simple setting but sent him pics of a tulip style, cathedral setting. He needed to create a custom head for the tulip design I wanted. When the diamond was set, Barry had the diamond sent to me the next day with the IGI lab report. My video does not do the setting justice.
