The beloved cutters around here, and the ones I think people mention the most (top 3) listed in no special order are:

Dan Stair - customgemstones.com
Barry Bridgestock - acstones.com
Gene Flanigan - precisiongem.com

There are some others, buy in my experience, I think the above three guys are mentioned the most in the CS forum. JMO.

Gary from Finewater Gems has made some appearances here lately, too.

And to add Richard Homer of concavegems.com..

. . . and don''t forget Peter Tacorra (sp?) - I always butcher that poor man''s last name.

Here''s the new pretty I got from Barry. I''ve been looking for one like this and I finally found one!

2.30 cts., 8.3mm round brilliant. This tourmaline from Mozambique has a medium, slightly lavender/pink color with a shift toward a peach pink. Flawless at 10x and quite bright. BB

Chrono, we were discussing on another thread whether there is any gray in the emerald cut tourmaline and I later realised that somehow Barry''s photography cause some of his stones to look gray on the table. If you cover the table with your finger, you will notice that there is no gray. That said, when I asked Barry, his response was that he can never guarantee that there is no gray on any of his stones in all lighting. According to him, this is a very beautiful stone and he called it seafoam colour.

Wow that was some spree! Lovely stones!

Lovely purchases SS! If I was purchasing I would have gone for all the green stones too.

simply- sounds like you had yourself a fun little party! Can''t wait to see the stones. I love the greens..
