Barry New Stone Octagonal tourmaline

Ok Guys, I''m going to be passing up on this stone, so Barry is putting this up on his site this evening along with the Garnet Tanga. Just thought I''d pass this info along to you guys since I"m passing this one up

... its about 6.7mm its a gorgeous one though.

oh, it was just a little darker than I want it, I asked Barry for something lighter like lori''s or just a tad darker,,, but this is too dark as I want to bezel it.

saw the green emerald cut tourmaline... oooh and I am so drooling over this one T-1631 ... its just gorgeous

1631 has been up for a week ad I am so surprised no one has purchased it! He showed me that one previously as one of the top notch stones he has for sale right now. Maybe it is the price that is holding buyers back - but I think it is worth it for someone who can afford it!

Both of those Octagonals looked too dark for me. But they made someone happy!!

I just hope it''s a PSer that wants to share photos.

I am glad he is cutting some octagonal stones. I knew someone would snatch them up quickly, which in my case is good. I needed someone to save me from myself!!

I am the one who picked up the Tanga Garnet before coming to this thread. Barry told me that the stone might be too dark for me since it is darker than another stone I have from him. I may trade it before asking him to ship it to me. I was told the tourmaline was a lot lighter and it sounds like it is still dark.

ooooohh... did you trade for the tourmaline? they are both so very pretty but are dark for sure..

I am not a huge fan of stones that are too dark or too light .. hehehe. I passed on both and will wait until the right stone comes up.

lol... seriously no apologies needed... he''s cutting me one today, and said he should be emailing me a pic this evening if not by tomorrow, hopefully its the right shade, if not... maybe it might be a winner for CharmyPoo
