plus Tiffany "Lucida" styling platinum setting
for US$8900 + 4% VAT

Impossible to tell from the amount of info given. If there isn't more available, you might want to visit an appraiser to see if you got your money's worth.

Sounds like a good price, even if the setting would have been free! What are the specs on the GIA Cert? Something like an 80% depth of the stone would call for second thoughts. Otherwise it seems like a decent deal on a top notch stone.
