Bad ASET or bad Diamond?

Is this a poorly taken ASET or do you think the stone has leakage? I don't remember the exact HCA score, but it was below 2.

yea backlight is a little strong and there is some stray light getting into the scope.
Its not h&a and there is some variation of the lower girdle facets as shown by the heart image which is also not that well taken.

Would variation in girdle facets be a reason not to purchase? Not looking for super ideal. Just want as close as I can get in my price range.

Thanks. I think I'll give it a look. The first stone I ordered is more of a 60/60 and I think it's a little dark.
