Anyone on here have any experience or anything to say about b2c?

I am looking to purchase an engagement ring very soon (within the next week) after extensive searching and research here and elsewhere on the web I feel I am ready to purchase. I had originally wanted to go with an ACA or solasfera princess but after talking to the fiancee about it she insisted she didnt want me to pay as much as I was willing on a diamond. We agreed on a price range and searched basically all of the vendors first looking for the setting she liked best. She finally picked out her favorite which happens to be from b2c jewels so since the setting of choice is from b2c I decided it would be in best interest to get the diamond from b2c aswell. After looking through their diamond inventory and narrowing it down to a handful of stones that fit my criteria I started looking for info on here about their customer service.

I was just wondering what other people had to say about b2c and also wondering if they have been known to be pretty good at helping their customers pick out a good diamond. from what I can see in their inventory alot of their diamonds seem to have pretty good "numbers" on paper but Will they provide me with ASET images if requested? will they take comparison pictures or zoomed in pictures for me to compare? one of the diamonds im looking at has medium flouresence... can I trust that they will give me an honest and truthful answer on If it really seems to have an effect on the diamonds appearance ect. these are the questions im wondering because I originally wanted to go with ether james allen, GOG or WF but would rather avoid having to get the stone and setting from 2 different places.

thank you :))

They have a "diamond blueprint" feature that includes spectral photography and a virtual loupe magnification feature that is very helpful. Not all diamonds come with the blueprint feature, but for those that do, you can obtain a large amount of gemological information including certification. Worth checking out.

I am in the process of dealing with them and they seem helpful enough. They've responded quickly to all my questions to date so I have no complaints (though my transaction isn't completed yet).

The stone I'm looking at didn't have the "blueprint" feature noted above. These pics are only available on stones that are located at certain diamond partners (wholesalers?) who can take those images. However, the other stones can br brought into their office for regular pics and idealscope pics. They don't have the tech onsite to take Aset images though.

I hope this helps.

They are into business from long time now and without really providing good Customer Service it is virtually impossible to stay for so long.
I think you can trust there opinion on the diamond, because they provide free return shipping, should they provide you wrong info
you would return the stone on there expense.I would recommend B2C Jewels and there are some customer testified about them:

Oh ya, I meant to note earlier that they also can give you info on the stones not in their possesion (all of them?) such as if an SI1 is eye clean or not, etc.

Their data base has notes/comments on each of the stones so if you gave them a few stock numbers that you were torn between they could probably help you narrow your selection.
