I love the Brian Gavin Signiture Cushion and the GoodOldGold Brellia Cushion. Where else can I find this cut? Is there a more generic name for this cushion?
Unfortunately, these are branded proprietary cuts so they will not be sold elsewhere other than BGD and GOG. As far as I know, there are no other that comes close to such a design (H&A square cushion). I did see it once on JA but perhaps that could have been a stone that was traded in from either of these two vendors.
The one on JA was a cropped-corner princess, I believe.
If you are open to a cropped-corner square H&A stone, there are a few others out there. Princess of Hearts is sold by GOG, Quadex was sold by BGD (now discontinued), Helzberg Mondrian, HoF Dream. If you're looking only for a H&A cushion, those 2 you mention are the only cuts out there.
Sorry to threadjack but GoSounders, any pics of your BGD? I am hanging out to see some good pics of one in a ring. I am thinking of upgrading my BGD three stone round to one of these cushions.
Not sure if this is answering your question per say but I've been trying to categorise the different Cushions and Square Cut's into diff optics groups (tiny vs broad vs very broad) for a project I'm looking into, shall share more when I have a clearer vision.
While this doesn't answer your question maybe it might help with different options and looks of diff cut shapes.
I mostly got this all from GOG.
Hope it helps slightly!
P.s. edit to add that Queen of Hearts became the currently known Jubilee.

Between work and my girlfriend being around, I haven't gotten a chance to set the stone. I should be able to next week, and then I'll post some pictures. Thing is, I don't have a nice camera, so I'll try to do my best with my phone. I am definitely happy with the sparkle of the stone, I'm just hoping the jeweler sets it in a way that I like.
