It appears very well made. A lot of work went into casting that piece, and placing all those stones, and getting matching color. It's very cute.

Just beware that it's only 9K gold, so if you're looking for a heavy gold piece, this isn't. It is more alloy than gold.

Oh I love pins! You get such more creative designs with them. I wish they were more popular. I'm not a fan of frogs but this frog is cute.

BTW, I LOVE the Jean Schlumberger pin collection.
