I´m Australian but I´ve lived in Germany for the last 12 years. I´ve never seen anything bigger here than 0.50 carat, most women just wear a plain band or a band with small diamonds set into it, many women wear nothing at all. Some of the younger women wear their wedding ring on their left hand and their engagement ring (usually a small RB solitaire) on their right hand. In Australia I would say the average is around 0.50 to 0.60 carats, occasionally 1 carat or above. I just got a 1.05 carat upgrade, I know that´s not big by Pricescope standards but it´s huge where I live and quite large for Australia.

Midwest 150k city, mostly blue collar, .25 is the norm. 1ct are usually an upgrade. If you only count the ones that got engaged in the last 5 years then the average is around .3x with a mix of .25ct and .5ct for the most part.
