That is just about the first time I have seen a bazillion dollar (thats a technical term for "valued at more money than I will ever see in a lifetime") collector's stone in a simple, understated setting. It seems that usually they are ornate and showy. Not that there is anything wrong with over the top pieces, but its nice to see a ring that lets the simple beauty of the vivid blue diamond shine through...

The three big coloured diamonds all came from the same collection - what a lucky lady! While I prefer the cushion, I just love the combination of the pink diamonds flanking the blue pear. Dreamy!
