I came across a remarkable antique medallion on etsy last night. Embossed with a relief of Athena with a dragon perched on her helm, with a crescent of creamy pearls adorning one side of the medallion. I had my heart set on it, and intended to purchase it. Unfortunately, it someone was already in the process of purchasing it. Has anyone seen anything like this before?
