I am looking at a certain diamond from Blue Nile, and the GIA report says "Clarity Characteristics ...... Knot". The report does not include an inclusion maps showing where it is located. So my questions for you all would be this. 1) Should I be concerned about being able to see this knot? And 2) should I be concerned about the durability of the diamond? (Some websites said that a knot could make the diamond less durable) Please give me an idea about how I should assess this inclusion!

VS1 Clarity
Excellent Polish
Excellent Symmetry

Thank you very much for your feedback!

At VS1 level, nothing to be concern about.

Being that this stone is graded at the VS1 level I would think that this inclusion doesn't carry any real risk.
