in the process of purchasing a 3+ carat asscher; excellent gem. should this be left as a solitaire or set with pave/channel on ring? best to let it "glow it alone" or be accompanied by other starlits?

Where are the settings from in the picture? I have been told to start looking for what I like and that top setting is EXACTLY what I've been looking for!!! If someone can tell me where that's from, I'd greatly appreciate it!
