Hey everybody. I tried posting this before, but for some reason, it didn't work. Engaged a couple months ago, now looking for the wedding bands. My ring is an asscher, and I LOVE it. Its an 18K yellow gold solitaire with a platinum trellis. Here are the diamond stats:
Asscher (actually square emerald)
1.25 carats
6x6x4
VVS2
G color
no fluorescence, no shown inclusions on the GIA report.
Anyway, we intend to someday make it a three-stone trellis. But, right now, I've got to find a wedding band. I want a yellow gold and diamond wedding band. Trying to find an asscher wedding ring is challenging, but do-able. I've found a common prong and a channel-set on blue nile. Trying to find a YELLOW GOLD asscher band is impossible! Does anyone have this? What can you recommend? I've checked online, in store, tried on more non-asscher bands that I even want to talk about.
