asscher diamond HELP

WE are considering buying sight unseen a 2 carar asscher. THe ring is : color - h VS1, table 59.5.table-69.4,proport-excellent, symmet-VG,flour-V.S. I am worrieed about the flouresence. The seller is an Indian jeweler who is a business associate of my husbands. The ring is for my sons soon to be fiance who wants a BIG diamond. Help I have no idea how to judge a diamond. Does this sound like a good diamond? Is it a good price. Any advise would be appreciated. Dawn

flour is kewl in my opinion.
Have it checked to make sure it dont get oily looking in sunlight.
Buying an asscher unseen without atleast good pictures is in my opinion insane.
Get some pictures or dont buy.

You are definitely going to need pics of the diamond. I would not buy a diamond, site unseen, especially a 2 carat asscher! How much is the asking price? Can you return it if you don''t like it? Does your son''s Fiancee like asschers?

Don''t go by numbers alone.

way way way too low well below wholesale price
