Asscher cut (square emerald cut) help needed!

Just a question on the below diamond and if it is a good deal or should I keep looking. I have included a link to the GIA report.

It looks like there are a few inclusions in the table and in the middle of the pavilion... Inclusions in emerald cuts are quite easily visible... If I were you, I would make sure that the stone is eye-clean!!
