Ashoka Diamond

I need some help with the Ashoka Diamond.

I found a store in NYC selling Ashoka Diamond and want to get one but I have so many questions about it.

1. Can any jewelers just sell Ashoka Diamond? (I knew Tiffany, Chopard and Cartier have Ashoka but how about a small jeweler in NYC)
2. Is Ashoka designed and cut by William Goldberg''s company?
3. How much will it cost for a 1.75 carat, F color and SI Ashoka with good cut and symmetry?
4. How much will it cost for a 2.5 carat, G color and VS2 Ashoka with good cut and symmetry?
5. I saw the GIA said "Ashoka" so is it save to buy it.

I know when I was looking they were about 8,000 for 1 ct H VS1, that was 3 years ago and I am sure they have gone up.
You will pay dearly for them I am sure.
