Is this just an error because the aset looks a bit strange. If someone could give me their expert opinion, I would appreciate it

Nice that you found an AGS-graded BN stone.

The AGS light performance map is computer generated from the facet map, not an actual photo, so it can look a bit different than ASET photos.

The left side does show some evidence of digging, but not enough to really adversely affect performance. It's still rated AGS000, so I'd be confident.
