Art Deco Platinum 18k Diamond Watch

This will be on its way to me soon from the UK! I hope it is as beautiful as it looks. Kinda pricey for me but I have not seen a watch like this in this price range before. Israel Rose has a couple but they are $4k or more. I have a local master horologist who can repair or retrofit with a quartz movement but I am not sure which I want to do yet. It has been suggested to get it fixed and keep it original. The balance may be broken and I knew this going in. But I bought it for the case and band anyway.

Platinum with an 18k band but not sure of the ct weight of diamonds. Looks to be over 1ct? But the artistry on this one is amazing! Milgrain is gorgeous! I can't wait to get it! Pic explosion.

I just automatically emit a happy sigh whenever I see workmanship of this caliber. The engraving on the side matches the engraving on the buckle! The symmetry between top and bottom is obviously hand-crafted! Just GORGEOUS. I look forward to seeing many more pics of it on the hand ....

I've recently had a white gold and deco watch restored and refitted with a quartz movement, and I have no regrets. It keeps accurate time and I don't have to wind it every day. Your new (old) watch looks great and I hope it is as nice as advertised. Please keep us posted.

Weeeee! It came today and it is just the most gorgeous tiny work of art! These pics do not show how sparkly the diamonds are but I will try to get more when and if the sun comes out. What beautiful artistry that is so much more evident IRL. Love this thing and even though I have a bit of buyer's remorse because of the price, I know I could never replace or find anything similar any time soon. I love leaves and floral bits in my jewelry and this just fits right in. I think it looks pretty good with my OEC 3 stone too!

Absolutely gorgeous!!! I've never seen anything quite like it, it looks like something straight out of the Great Gatsby! That floral design just blows me away - it's spectacular redwood, congrats on owning something so amazing and special!
