Well all is good in the Land of Dee!!! I went over to a coffee shop with my laptop and reformatted the entire document. It took two hours, which is a fraction of the time I've spent lately trying to straighten it out! At one point I accidentally added one of those crazy dotted (boxed) lines somehow but I had just saved the document so I didn't even try to get rid of it, I just closed without saving and reopened it. (I will say they look at you a little strangely when you shreek with horror in Caribou, which is exactly what I did when I saw that line appear on my screen, LOL!)

Mrs. S., I just sent you an email. My stone (actually this current one and the oval before this) came from NY Jewelers. Check their return policy though because I am thinking it might to be too friendly...
