This poll is not to preach or judge, plenty of that in other threads.

Yes, granted, some aren't getting vaccinated because of their doctor's advice.
Others aren't getting vaccinated for a long list of reasons I won't attempt to list.

This poll is not to argue about reasons to get, or not get, vaccinated.
This poll is just to discover the number of YESes and NOs.

To encourage voting and make it safe for everyone to answer honestly, I've set up this poll so nobody can see how you voted.
Also if you vote NO now, you can change your vote if you get vaccinated in the future.
This poll closes in 3 years.

Yes.

As is my whole family including my 13 and 15 yo nieces.

If and when a booster becomes available we will get that too.
And if it becomes a yearly vaccination we will do it every year.

DH, I and both our daughters are
MIL and FIL are
My brother, SIL and both their teenagers are
DH's sister and her BF and not. They say it's "too risky." I hope they change their minds by Thanksgiving, which is probably the next time we have an indoor gathering that would include them.

Yes…Everyone in my family is vaccinated. My close friends and husbands are also vaccinated. I will run to get the booster if it should become available.

Yes, my entire family as well. I have my young children signed up for the Moderna trial, I am anxiously awaiting a booster since I finished my series about 6 months ago and am a public facing school teacher.

Yes. I was hesitant (and still am a little unsure) but I did it. So did hubby, MIL, BIL, SIL.

If a booster is available I will probably take it. I am still worried about everything (the world is basically on fire still) but I feel okay that I did it.

Yes, I was vaccinated as soon as I was eligible to get an appointment and will definitely seek out a booster when available.

PSers understand science much better than the general public with a much higher percentage being vaccinated than the general population.

My son got the Pfizer back in Dec, since he was doing his rotations, it was mandatory, not that he would have resisted. My husband, daughter and I got ours in Jan. We got the Moderna.

@doberman Totally OT, but there recently was a Godfather marathon on TV for several days. I've seen parts 1 & 2 umpteen times, but it was the first time I actually paid attention to "Leave the gun. Take the cannolis." I couldn't stop laughing and thinking about your signature!

IIRC about 10% of the general population can’t get it due to health reasons so that falls in line with the statistics we’re seeing here so far.

A few are probably the people with health issues who have been advised not to take it.

Exactly.

DF, please respect people's privacy on medical matters.
Thanks. :))

Also I don't blame them for keeping quiet.
The PS crowd, myself included, can get pretty aggressive.
