are these worth to buy? Rhodolite Garnet from Costco

these are on sale, the prices are good, but never bought rhodolite garnet before, not sure if the color is pretty or not

Hi @emmarou. I see that it is your first post so welcome to the forum! The earrings are pretty and a classic design. You are paying for the gold and diamonds in these pieces, not the garnets. The garnets are pretty small. I cannot tell from the photos if they are well cut or not. Regarding color, rhodolite has a tendency to be much darker than they appear in photos and it is not uncommon for rhodolite to take on a brown color in certain types of lighting. However, if you like the price and there is a solid return policy, you could get the earrings and pendant and see how the color of the garnets performs in various types of lighting.

I just bought them and will check the color in person yes the price is for the setting, but I don't like dark color, so hopefully they are not too bad

I thought they looked really pretty and when converted into NZ$ a very good price
