What are you actually going to wear? Or can you buy something that you can gift to someone dear to you?
Me - I'm not into pendants. They just sit in my drawers. Maybe just browse and first ask yourself, "Would I wear that?" And then maybe just get it, no matter how overpriced it is. At this point your sunk costs will only come back to you in future pleasant memories. No use trying to calculate your way into a good feeling.
