Are GOG and WF the only online dealers who offer lifetime tradeup?

I''ve looked through past threads and they seem to be the only ones who do a full value tradeup. I see that Excel Diamonds has a lifetime tradeup, but you need to spend at least 50% more.

Any feedback would be appreciated!
