Are EGL-USA SI1s totally eye clean?

Hi, what i''d like to know is whether EGL-USA clarity grade of SI1 is totally eye clean? no visible inclusions even at close range?

Any SI1, from EGL, AGS, GIA, etc cannot be guaranteed to be eye clean at close range. It''s a stone by stone basis.
