Are chain rings going to become a “thing?”

Hmm knowing how rough I am with my hands, I would struggle to get the chain ring on (fluctuating ring sizes) and secondly I would probably snap the chain off pretty easily by tensing my fingers. Pretty but not practical lol.

I think that trend kinda came & went pretty fast.
You still see it pop up on IG here and there,
but usually they are just random reposts made for
a specific aesthetic.

They're not only dangerous & impractical but
they just look super tacky in my opinion.
They remind me of the cheap $2 neon
nylon g-string of the ring world.

Too flimsy for my liking, besides, with my fleshy chubby fingers, they would not be easy to slide into place, so a definite no from me.
