appraisers in the SF Bay Area

does anyone know of a good GIA Certified appraisers around the SF Bay Area? How much do these certifications run?

Do a search. There's a fairly recent thread about the same topic. I suggested Carole at Gleim Jewelers in Palo Alto (or thereabouts) and Mara suggested someone in Walnut Creek. Not sure where you are.

An appraisal should run about $100 thereabouts, no more than around $150.
