I just want to know if there are any appraisers in Ottawa, Canada that provides diamond apprasal service with certificates from AGS, IGL, IGI, GIA or EGL?
Not sure if I understand your question correctly....but for insurance appraisal, you can try Jubilee. The appraisal is done by a GIA Graduate Gemologist.
For GIA certificates, you need to send the diamond to GIA. Link
