appraiser and insurance in long island

can anyone suggest an appraiser in long island? how about an insurnace broker that will do ring insurance without a home owners policy attached?thanks!

Many people recommend Barry Block, an appraiser who I think is on Long Island.As for insurance, I only know of Chubb. They have the best policy that I know of but they are expensive in that area.Try www.chubb.com to get an agent near you.
