Anyone pair their E-ring with a 3-sided pave band...pics?

I have been talking to Victor Canera about wedding bands (mine would be an upgrade). Initially thinking about bezel set french cut eternity, but the 3-sided full (single?) cut pave band sound very tempting, too. Does anyone have a "plain" (not E-ring) band like this, or is it usually just used for the shank of an E-ring?
