I have a pony. Up until a couple of months ago I had two. Both are/were veterans. My pony club ponies from years ago. We lost my palomino anglo arab pony recently. She was twenty four so a good age. I left them both with family when I moved over here are they were too old and deserved a quite retirement. I grew up on horse back and even used to sleep in the stable with my first pony. I really miss them but all the time I'm moving around so much I can't get another.

One day when I'm properly settled a buy myself a warm blood hunter. Something big a beefy but for now I'll have to settle for a couple more diamonds.

Hi Chel thats lovely that you still have your old pony club ponies( they get so cute as they get old). i think your very smart for sticking with diamonds atm. Horses are just so expensive to keep in Perth and take up so much time. Ps how are the puppies?

Me!

Lots to match you: I am also in perth, a horse owner and have an Arabian Warmblood mare!

She is on Agistment too, in Henley Brook. Her name is Philly (Alphaira) 50% Hanoverian 50% Egyptian Arab. I've had her nearly three years now. I showjump (in theory, I don't often compete at this stage but hope to eventually get out more). It's definitely bloody expensive, especially in Perth (as is everything lol).

Where are you keeping your mare?

Wow that is amazing PhillyMcGee!! We are nearly twins with the love of horses and diamonds. I also work in a horsey job so my life is totally horsey. My girl isn't here yet but I plan to keep her out Cardup way. It's been very hard finding good agistment places but I think I have found "the one". I'm a bit like you and don't often compete anymore. I'd love to see pictures of Philly if you want to post them. And you have to come to the next Perth gtg so we can talk horses
