Thanks for the tip! Last night was weigh-in, I lost 3.6 pounds. If I could just lose 1.4 next week, I''d be thrilled with 5 lbs in two weeks

Loved Weight Watchers when I did it. There is a website with lots of great info on restaurants and points and just a hodge podge of Weight Watchers related info.
