Anyone know of a pave setting similar to Tiffany Novo or Blue Nile Nouveau with 9+9 diamond arrangem

So I''m seriously considering this diamond. What do you guys/gals think about it? I''ll try to get a better ideal-scope image at some point.

It''s time to start thinking about a setting. I like the Tiffany Novo and Blue Nile Nouveau designs, but am looking for something with a 9+9 arrangement. Her favorite number is 9 or 19. So oddly enough 9 + 9 + 1 = 19. Nine on one side and nine on the other, plus the center stone would be 19. Pretty neat, except it doesn''t seem to be made.
