Anyone know how to fix this runtime error?

When I go to type out a response in the "use Rich Text" feature I get this silly runtime error. Any advice on how to alleviate this? Are other members experiencing this prob too?

Upgrade Internet Explorer? It's probably caused by a Java error of some sort, Sun & MS were fighting out the use of Java by MS and resolved it awhile back... We used to get a lot of those errors and don't get them anymore.

hit windows update and make sure you have the latest updates for IE.
Then click on tools -- internet options -- delete files under the temperary internet files section in IE.
