Wedding anyone here have a pakistani or indian wedding on here?

just curious.. my fiancee and i are having a pakistani wedding and an american wedding in feb.. just curious if ppl had one or have pics if wanted to share. my fiancee picked out her bridal legha outfit yesterday and she looked gorgeous with it on and with the jewelry! just wow!

We didn''t but I wish we had! My husband (who is indian) wanted a total traditional American wedding but we did have the rehearsal dinner at our favorite indian restaurant. I wanted both an American wedding and an Indian wedding (especially after seeing Monsoon Wedding!) but DH didn''t want too. We have two other couples that are friends (both indian husbands and american wives like DH and I) and one did an American wedding and at the reception did a mix of American food and vegetarian indian food. Our other friends did both an American wedding and an Indian wedding in the same day.

I am! We are having a traditional Indian wedding in India!! I haven''t been back in years, and I''ve never been to an Indian wedding before. Plus, Mr. Kama isn''t Indian...so it''s going to be a whole new experience for both of us! We''re having our legal wedding here next summer at a winery

I dont have my Indian outfits yet - will be getting them once we fly down. I''ll post pics after the wedding.

Love to see some pics of your FI in her lehnga! What colour is she going to wear? I think I''m going to get a lehnga in peach-gold.

shes wearing a pink bridal lengha which is very elaborate.. has some subtle gold in it..
