Anyone help me identify what this is made from had it under magnification but it's too worn to tell

That looks like silver to me. The surrounding stones in the setting look to be marcasite. Best way to be 100% is to have it tested.

ETA: It could be silver plated and not solid sterling.

You’re welcome, you could always take it to a pawn shop and have them test it. If it’s silver it won’t be worth much but just so you know for sure.
