I was surfing the net and came across two websites.....one is Patrick Fay diamonds and the other is a subsidiary of patrick fay called bigdiamonds (located in chicago). The later only deals with C.E. diamonds.....has anyone ever heard of these diamonds dealers or know if they are reputable....thanks!
