Anyone have this wedding set from WhiteFlash? And why are their prices so reasonable?

I am debating having a custom touch added to this set, miligrain, and engraving. Only bumps up the price a few hundred $$$ more.
Why are their prices so reasonable? An engraved setting alone, in this style, from Martin Flyer and a few other vendors on the forum is priced between $3000-$3500 in 18kt. (I am talking about hand made cast pieces, not hand made forged pieces).
